If you ever need cheering up I suggest spending a day at the Special Olympics! You will see all different ages competing with one thing in common, a huge smile on their face!
These pictures are from Justin’s day at special olympics in elementary school. He brought home the blue ribbon of course we had to catch him.
At that age Justin was a runner! Much like Forrest Gump he wasn’t sure when to stop! I encourage you to attend, cheer and support these athletes. Autism creates certain barriers for children, Special Olympics help to break them!
You’ll leave the field that day a better person!
